I see no issue with this. Let us have this hearing. It's giving her a chance instead of outright dismissal. I say yay.

Re: For City Council Vote 13.VIII.489
I see no problem with it.
Really the only protest I have is that such a day is a perfect time to plan attacks of any sort since guards are celebrating. But that's just nitpicking at the most. As long as we still remain vigilant, I vote yay.

Re: For City Council Vote 1.VIII.489
May at the balthire's discretion? That's not going to work. No vampire will turn themselves in knowing that they could still be tortured anyways. So I propose this. The vampire may be confirmed a quick and clean death if they show who turned them. If not, then they are left to the balthire's discret...

Re: For City Council Vote 1.VIII.489
I'm just having a problem here. Either way, vampires are dying. Hell, it's persuading vampires to die for you. What's wrong with this?

Re: For City Council Vote 1.VIII.489
Councilman lane, I don't understand your logic here. You're saying no to this proposal because vampires deserve to die, yet this proposal is actually incentivizing vampires to quite literally do just that. Not only that, but it allows families that suffer the turning of a loved one much needed closu...

Re: For City Council Vote 1.VIII.489
The only thing I can see here of substance, sadly, is allowing vampires that turn themselves in a quick and merciful death. The vampire that turned herself in that I saw, even begged to be put in cuffs so she wouldn't attack those around her. Yet despite this, she was still tortured till death. Why?...
Re: Spooky
In the distance, on the edge of the Elgar past Asprominke's defense line, things idly stir. They've been relatively lax so far, with only a few wolf spiders and four arm scouts raiding the defense. But other than that, they seem to be staying at the edge of the Elgar, waiting, biding their time for ...

7:05 PM <Nicholas> Just as randomly as it appeared, like the color filling an embarrassed face, yellow slowly spreads from the core of the sun, consuming the red as that familiar and warm color now rains its rays down upon the world. Rays of comfort and relief. Perhaps things won't be that bad?

Re: For City Council Vote 23.VII.489
Last I checked, vampires have the option to suck the blood from animals, so vampires have a choice in not killing people. This vampire has done good deeds, if they've gotten citizenship. Drache has always been a place where someone can make something of themselves through their actions, not their ra...

Re: Grim tidings
This is why I reccomend the orc village. They're a clan of peaceful orcs. They live off of the land instead of raiding. I do trade with them.
They would happily accept the refugees, as they were once in the same position.
