Hmm.
Hey guys, so for whatever reason I can't connect to mIRC. Keeps telling me that my connection is blocked, but it isn't. No firewall, no security essentials, nothing is enabled. Any got ideas?

I'm assuming you figured out what happened since you're now on IRC. The antivirus (McAfee especially) can sometimes do it.

Not really, I can't seem to figure it out. I just kept trying to connect and eventually it did. Says something about connection timing out, going for the dns pool.

Rebooting the router, as you said, might work. Right now, a DNS error or connection lost error is via your ISP, not the client or network.
